To naturally improve vision, it’s only crucial that you do eye exercises; it’s also crucial that you pick up good vision habits and consume supplements that help your eyes.

2. If your job requires you to stay still for a long time, like an office job where you need to type for a few hours straight, remember that non-movement is harmful not only to your vision, it’s also harmful to your body.
You probably experienced neck pain and backache yourself. Most of them are caused by non-movement instead of wrong posture when doing exercises.
If you don’t move, you strain your body – you neck to be specific, and when your neck is strained, you strain your eyes as well. Relaxation is always key to natural vision improvement.
3. One of the most beneficial habits to pick up when you are rebuilding your vision is meditating. Meditation has been used as a way to relax for centuries. There’s no reason you shouldn’t do this.
Meditation also helps you pick up another crucial habit for perfect vision – deep breathing. Deep breathing is an excellent way to relax. That is why it has been taught in yoga classes all over the world.
When you meditate, all you do is close your eyes and focus your thoughts to your deep breaths. Do this for 10 -15 minutes a day and you’re on your way to rebuild your vision.
